When do out-of-stock products come back in stock?

If an item or size is out of stock, it is unfortunately not possible for you to pre-order it, as with the current delivery challenges around the world, it is difficult to estimate the arrival of new deliveries.

Therefore, it is also not possible for our customer service to give you any information about when or if a given product or size will be back in stock. 

As a rule of thumb, you can assume that if a product is heavily discounted and there are only a few sizes left in stock, it is usually because the product has been discontinued by the supplier and will not be back in stock as we cannot get any more. This often happens with swimwear that only runs for a short time.

We also recommend that you keep an eye on the item on our website and sign up on the product page to be notified as soon as it comes back in stock. Then we can guarantee that you will receive an email as soon as it has landed in our warehouse again. 

Please note that our stock status is indicative and subject to errors.

Can you print on swimwear etc.?

Unfortunately, we can't and printing is not something we offer.

But it will definitely be an option in the future, so please keep an eye on the shop.

Do you have a physical store/showroom I can visit?

We are a purely online shop, but we are also the danmarksmestre, which is why it is only possible to order and view our amazing products online.

Even if you don't have the opportunity to visit us and try on the item, you can always exchange the colour or size easily through our free return system. And of course, you have 365 days to do so, so the stress doesn't go to your head. 

We also work hard to ensure that the product images match the physical product, its appearance and colour, and to have images from all angles.

Of course, you are always more than welcome to contact us if you are looking for a specific item, have questions about an item or want a different image of an item if you don't find the images on our website satisfactory. Can I exchange/return a product at your warehouse?

Unfortunately, we do not offer physical exchanges/returns at our warehouse.

We don't do this for two main reasons:

1. We're great at online commerce (so good that we've won several national awards) and have tried and tested processes for everything here. This also includes our returns system, which takes a few days and never presents challenges for the customer or us, as it would if we changed these processes. That's why we prefer and want all returns to be done through there. It's also the fastest for you as a customer, even though it may seem crazy if you live right in the area. 

2. We want our warehouse staff to focus on making sure your online order arrives quickly and on time. This can slip if they suddenly find themselves with too many other things to take care of at the moment.

Can you order items that are not in stock?

We order items from all our suppliers every single week to ensure that we always have as many of our products in stock at all times. 

Unfortunately, even if a few products are out of stock, it also means that when we don't have it in stock, it's because the supplier/brand doesn't have it in stock right now.

So even though we would love to, we can't just magically conjure up a product at your request - simply because the supplier/brand doesn't have it in stock right now. Read more in our section "When will sold-out products be back in stock?"

If you have a request for a completely new product that we don't have in stock, it is unfortunately not possible to order it on demand. For example, if you have seen a product on an American website that we do not have, it is probably because it is a product or a colour that is only available over there and our European suppliers therefore do not have access to it or cannot get it. We hope you understand this.

Can I order a gift card from you?

Yes, you definitely can.

You can find our gift vouchers right here, where you simply choose the amount you want the gift voucher to be, pay for it, and it will automatically be sent to you by email, ready to be given to the lucky recipient in a matter of minutes. 

Please note that the gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash afterwards, but can only be used on products. The gift voucher can be used for 2 years from the date of order.

If I no longer see a product on the website, does that mean it has been discontinued?

If a product is no longer on the website, it means that the product has unfortunately been discontinued and will not be available again. 

Unfortunately, once a product is discontinued and removed from the website, we can't get any more products.

It's a shame, but in order for us to keep adding new products to the range, we have to gradually discontinue older products. Most of the time, however, it's not us who decide this, but the suppliers/brands, who often only let the same products run for six months or a year. 

Fortunately, we have over 2,500 products online at watery.ie - there are certainly other exciting products that could be of interest to you instead.

Problems with your paddleboard?

Over the years, we have sold +50,000 paddleboards, but in a few cases and over time, some boards will experience 4 challenges that are not faults, but require some customisation of the board. 

You can easily and quickly do this yourself and is therefore not a complaint.

1. The valve is not tight?In some cases, the valve becomes loose during transport from the supplier to us. Therefore, just tighten the valve when it is received so that no air leaks out. This will also be noticeable when you have used it over time.

It's quick and easy with the following procedure, which we demonstrate here in the video:How to tighten the valve on your paddleboard.

2. Pump not showing pressure?

You can quickly think: The pump doesn't work when it doesn't display anything? But that's actually not the case. Naturally, the pump will only show on the indicator when there is a certain amount of back pressure inside the board. Therefore, you just need to keep pumping and when the back pressure is high enough, the indicator will start to move.

3. The valve does not close?

Does all the air leak out when you remove the pump from the valve after pumping? 

This is a common problem, but you just need to make sure you close the valve itself BEFORE pumping. This is done by pressing down on the valve itself and then turning it. Then the valve is closed and you can attach the pump, inflate the board and remove the pump again - and voila, no air will leak out.

4. Coating comes off the board?
In a few cases, the coating may come off the board itself. This cannot be avoided over time with use. 

Fortunately, all our boards come with an adhesive to glue it back on. This is included in the repair kit in the orange tub. 

Another thing we see from time to time is dents in the coating. This is also something that can't be avoided - especially if you forget to get the board out of the sun when it's not in use (the sun heats up the air inside the board, which expands and creates small air bubbles between the board and the coating). 

To remove these dents and remove the air, we recommend using a small needle to make a hole in the coating so that the air can escape.
