I haven't received my order confirmation?

Your order confirmation will be sent to the email you used when placing your order.

But if you haven't received it, there are 3 quick steps:

1. Wait 5-10 minutes. It can take up to 10 minutes from when the order is placed to when it arrives in your inbox.

2. Check your spam inbox. This is where it's usually located by mistake when our customers can't find it.

3. If you still can't find it, please contact us. In most cases, this is because the email address has been entered incorrectly and therefore cannot be found. Our customer service can quickly correct the email, including your shipment, and resend the order confirmation to you - thus ensuring that you also receive a tracking link.

Can I buy as a business from you?

Of course, you can do that. 

In that case, all you need to do is place an ordinary online order here at watery.ie, where you can add your company name to the payment.

After completing the purchase, you will automatically receive an order confirmation, which you can use as an invoice for your accounts.

However, for orders over 200€, it is also possible in some cases to purchase by invoice / EAN. Read more about this in our section "Can I pay by invoice / EAN / bank transfer?".

Do you offer volume discounts?

We're known for driving down prices with our standard pricing (our competitors are pretty annoyed about it). Then we play with completely open cards.

So having to give additional quantity discounts is unfortunately not something we offer in addition to the package prices and quantity discounts that are already available on the products themselves. 

However, with an order of more than 30 units of the same product category, we will look into the possibility of making a special offer. However, we do not do this for orders under 30 pieces - not even 29 pieces.

How do I order on watery.ie?

Behind the screen, we work hard every day to make the shopping experience as easy, manageable and fast as possible at watery.ie.

However, we are more than happy to assist you in reaching your goal with this step-by-step guide:

1. Go to watery.ie (this is the homepage)

2. From here, you can either find your product from the top menu or search for it.

3. On the product page, click "Add to Cart.

4. Your cart will then open either from the side or across the screen

5. Click "Proceed to Checkout" and fill in your information, choose your delivery method, and finally your payment method.

6. Voilà! You will be directed to a page titled "Thank You for Your Order," and you can be confident that your order has been received by us (and we've already started packing and thanking you for your order...)

If technology gives you a hard time, feel free to contact our customer service, and they will guide you through the process from the homepage to placing your order.

Can I order over the phone?

We would love to be able to place your order with you on the phone, but we don't know all your card details etc. 

So unfortunately, we can't offer that.

However, you are more than welcome to contact us and we can take you by the hand electronically and guide you through the entire process while you complete it on your computer/phone.

I have entered incorrect information in the order?

Ugh, it happens to the best of the best.

If so, please contact us as soon as you can so we can help you fix it as soon as possible.

Please note that we can only change the information before the order has been dispatched. If you have received an email with the title "Your parcel from Watery.dk has started its swim", it means that your order has already been dispatched and therefore we can no longer change anything about the order. 

However, we can still ensure that the email, name or phone number is corrected and that tracking links etc. are sent to the correct email and recipient.

I accidentally placed my order twice?

If you've accidentally placed two identical orders, ordered an item twice by mistake or have any other changes to your order before it's dispatched, please contact us immediately.

If we have already dispatched your order, you can always return the item. You can either choose to exchange the item for another or get a full refund. We'll do whatever suits you best.

How do I find the right size?

Yep, we know the challenge. And we'd love to help you get the right size on the first try!

On all product pages with size options, you will find a button called "Size Guide".

Click on this and a slide-in with the corresponding size chart will appear.  Here you can measure your body measurements such as height, around the chest, around the hips and around the waist.  

There is an image on the page that also shows exactly where to measure on your body.

Then you can easily check the size chart to find the right size based on your body measurements.

The item I purchased is now cheaper - will you refund the difference?

At Watery.ie, we have dynamic pricing and regularly run new offers. 

Unfortunately, this means that we cannot offer refunds for the difference on an item that has been reduced in price a few days after your purchase.

Your price is valid when your payment is completed - as a customer, you have accepted the price of the item.

If you wish to have the product at the better price and you have already received the item, you are welcome to return it as a regular return (costs 15EUR) and then purchase the item at the new price online instead

However, we are confident that the next time you need new swim equipment, another great offer will be waiting for you.

Images don't show up on your website?

Wow, that's a hassle - it's hard to choose the right product. 

Fortunately, you can quickly get back on the right track. 

It's all about accepting cookies when you enter the website. 

If you do not accept all cookies, including preferences, statistics and marketing, some images will not appear on the website. Therefore, all fields must be accepted.

To get the option again, you can do the following:

On Computer:

1. Go to watery.ie

2. Open an incognito/private window by pressing Ctrl + Shift + N.

3. In this mode, there are no browser settings, and the images should appear again as soon as you click "Allow all cookies.”

On Mobile/Safari:

1. Open Safari/Chrome on your mobile device.

2. Tap the "Tabs" button.

3. Tap the number of tabs to view the "Tab Groups" list.

4. Tap "Private" and then OK

5. In this mode, there are no browser settings, and the images should appear again as soon as you click "Allow all cookies.

If it still doesn't work?

We recommend trying on a different computer/mobile device or in a different browser - that should make it work. Alternatively, you can also try turning off your device and starting fresh.

If you simply do not want to accept cookies, that's perfectly fine too. You can still shop on watery.ie - just contact us, and our friendly customer service colleagues will guide you through the products on watery.ie so you can still choose the perfect one.
