The title of CEO doesn't really appeal to me, but it's a formal title. On a day-to-day basis, I keep track of the troops and strategy and move at the intersection of new product developments, our brand and marketing, setting up processes and launching new initiatives.

As a former elite swimmer, I try to stick to the weekly swims - but honestly, it gets worse and worse over the years. However, I would dare to say that I can still swim away from you, yep, I'm always up for a challenge 😉

Overall, I am responsible for the website, where I am in charge of implementing new initiatives and optimising the entire webshop. I am also responsible for our social media, influencers and photoshoots in relation to video spots, product and environmental images.

With the strong team at Watery, you can be sure there's a great team spirit where we all help each other across departments, but of course there's always room for a good laugh and a bit of fun in the office.

I mainly work with e-commerce, optimisation and KPIs, making me one of Watery's jack-of-all-trades. For this reason, I act as one of the big cogs in the machine room when everything needs to run smoothly.

It also makes Watery a great place to work with a lot of different and exciting tasks. I love the fact that you don't work on the same tasks every shift, but that it varies and that you have the opportunity to develop and learn something new every time.

I am an operations manager and responsible for procurement, and part of my job also includes HR and payroll responsibilities. Watery is a fantastic workplace with energetic and creative colleagues, where there's always a short distance from idea to action. So when we come up with great ideas for new products, they usually don't take long to be sourced or put into production. A little fun fact about me: I'm really good at winter swimming in August.

I primarily work in operations, where I coordinate and make agreements with our suppliers, as well as facilitate safety approvals for our products. That's why no two days are the same, as there is constant communication between us and various partners. A strong camaraderie among colleagues, where everyone pulls together, is what propels us to new heights. Personally, it's worth knowing that a good G&T (Gin and Tonic) never fails.

Jeg har det daglige ansvar for vores lager og alt logistikken omkring det, og har derfor også ansvaret for alle vores dygtige og hårdtarbejdende lagermedarbejdere. 

Da Watery er i en rivende udvikling, stiller det selvfølgelig kæmpe krav til, at logistikken skal kunne følge med. Så man bliver altid udfordret og skal se tingene fra nye vinkler. 

Alt i alt så keder vi os aldrig, og som uddannet paddleboard-instruktør, så surfer lageret med gode vibes.
