We WANT to be your favourite swim shop, which is why we provide a price match on ALL our products. Our price robots check the prices of our competitors every day, so you can expect to find the best price here at Watery.ie. However, if you find a cheaper price elsewhere, simply get in touch with us.

Read below how you can utilise it and what the requirements are.

1. Documents

You send a link to the item from the other shop to support@watery.ie, that shows it is cheaper than ours and fulfills our conditions

2. We Verify

We check if the following price match conditions are fulfilled

3. Get a discount code

If all requirements are fulfilled, you will receive a discount code within 24 hours that you can use on that product.

All must be fulfilled

!The competing shop must be a Irish online shop with a Irish CVR number and inventory located in Ireland (see below for typical shops that do not meet this).

!The price guarantee does not apply to limited quantity/time offers. All products with a current discounted price are time limited.

!We take shipping into account when setting the price.

!The price guarantee only applies to goods covered by Irish VAT, customs, warranty and consumer protection regulations.

!The item must be exactly the same: manufacturer, colour, sizes, etc. and be in stock in this particular one.

!Documentation must be in the form of a link to the item.

!The item must be in stock and available for delivery within 1-3 days.

!The price guarantee cannot be combined with other discount codes on the given item.

At Watery, we offer price matching to ensure you always get the best prices on the market! We check prices every day and make adjustments so that your new equipment can be purchased at the lowest prices. If you've found your equipment cheaper than elsewhere, we're happy to price match!

Do you offer a price match - and what are the conditions?

Yes, we certainly do.

You should be able to know that you always get the lowest possible price at watery.ie.

Even though we adjust prices automatically every day based on our competitors, there may still be some cases where we don't have the lowest price on a given day.

This is your opportunity to take advantage of our price match and quickly get the lowest price from us.

To make the price match valid, we have a few conditions that must be met:

1. The competing shop must be a Irish online shop with a Irish CVR number and inventory located in Ireland.

2. The price match applies only to products covered by Irish rules for VAT, customs, warranty, and consumer protection.

3. The item must be exactly the same: manufacturer, color, etc.

4. Documentation must be in the form of a link to the item sent by email.

5. The item must be in stock and available for delivery within 1-3 days.

6. The price guarantee cannot be combined with other discount codes you may have or that we are running.

7. The price guarantee does not apply to offers with limited quantity or time.

This means that:

- Shops such as Outnorth.dk (inventory in Sweden), bikester.dk (German company), campz.dk (German company), proswimwear.eu (British company) are not eligible for price matching.

- The product at the competing webshop must not have a previous price, a discount label, or be otherwise reduced to meet the conditions, even if our own product is discounted.

If your price match meets these conditions, you just need to send a link to the item from the other shop along with the link to our product to our email, and we will approve it within 2 hours during opening hours and send you a discount code for the price difference.

How does your price match work?

To redeem our price match, simply follow these 4 steps:

3. We will send back a discount code equivalent to the difference within 24 hours.

Can I get a price match with a foreign company?

Unfortunately not - we only match Irish companies that pay Irish VAT and taxes and have Irish employees. We believe this is the fairest approach for Irish welfare and fair competition, and we hope you will support us in this.

This means that we do not price match with, for example:

- Outnorth.dk (inventory in Sweden)

- Bikester.dk (German company)

- Campz.dk (German company)

- Proswimwear.eu (British company)

On the other hand, we can guarantee that we are 100% the cheapest Irish shop for water sports equipment (or else we have price match).

Unlike our foreign colleagues, we offer:

- 365 days return policy

- 2 years warranty

- English support from 7 AM to 3 PM and 5 PM to 9 PM every day of the week via phone, chat, and email.

- We have 35 Danish colleagues and pay Danish taxes/VAT."

How long does it take to process a price match request?

We process all correctly submitted price match requests via email within 2 hours during our opening hours. Afterward, we will provide a discount code for the corresponding amount if it is approved.
