The following terms and conditions of sale, trade and delivery apply to the purchase of goods on Watery.

The right of cancellation applies to private consumers who shop via The right of cancellation does not apply to businesses or public companies and institutions etc.

You must be at least 18 years old to shop with us. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or guardian.


Payment for goods ordered on can be made online using the following payment methods:

  • PayPal
  • Credit Card
  • Klarna
  • iDeal
  • BanContact

When you order through the payment methods above, your information is encrypted (SSL connection) and transmitted through Quickpay. This means that your information cannot be read by outsiders.

If you pay with an electronic payment card, the amount will only be deducted once the goods have been shipped.

Payment with Klarna:
Klarna offers flexible payment options, so you can buy now and pay in a way that suits you. Please note that payments must be made within the agreed deadlines to avoid fees or interest.

If you paid for your order through Klarna and wish to return the item, please note that Klarna's payment deadlines still apply. This means you must continue to make your payments to Klarna until the return has been processed and your invoice has been adjusted. To avoid extra fees or interest, we recommend you closely follow your payment plan with Klarna. If you have any questions about your payments, please contact Klarna directly.


Carefully chosen products:
At we focus on having the biggest and best selection. This means that the products on our webshop have been thoroughly researched and tested.

In addition, the majority of our products are ready for shipping shortly after ordering as we have the products in one single warehouse.

Own products:
As has become a recognised provider of water equipment, we have expanded our selection with our own Watery products.

These are high-quality products at competitive prices. All products are based on exhaustive testing and attention to detail.

Speciality products:
In addition to our regular selection that can be delivered within 3-5 week days, we also have speciality products with extended delivery times. The delivery time is stated in the product description.


Our Prices:

All prices displayed on are in Euro (EUR) and include 23% Irish VAT (Value Added Tax).

We have dynamic pricing, which means our prices change based on various factors. Therefore, we cannot account for a product's price changing after a purchase has been completed.

If a price is obviously incorrect and you should have realised this, within reason, we are not obliged to deliver the product in question at the incorrect price.

If a product has no price or the price is equal to "0", it cannot be ordered.

Discount codes/Vouchers/Gift cards

The terms below apply to all virtual and/or physical discount codes and vouchers.

  • Cannot be used on already discounted products unless otherwise stated.
  • Cannot be combined, regardless of whether it is, for example, a discount code and a voucher.
  • Club codes cannot be used on discounted products or in combination with other codes.

All types of codes must be entered in the voucher field in the shopping cart - if a code is not entered at the time of purchase, it cannot be added afterwards.

Discount codes:

The majority of discount codes for are time-limited, if the set time limit is exceeded, the discount code cannot be used.


All vouchers issued by are valid for 1 year and expire exactly 1 year after the date of issue.

Gift cards:

All gift cards issued by are valid for 2 years and expire exactly 2 years after the date of issue.

Gift vouchers can be used in combination with discounted items.

When you order

Once you have placed an order on, you will automatically receive an order confirmation and an overview of your order via email. After this, the order will be processed - when your order is packed and shipped, you will also receive a shipping confirmation.

Once the order has been shipped, it will no longer be possible to make changes or cancel the order.


In the case of pre-orders, we reserve the right not to apply the standard delivery time of 3-5 days, the actual delivery date will be clearly stated in the information for the product in question. This can either be in the title of the product or further down the page in the product description.

Cancellation/Return of pre-orders is possible up to 30 days after the date of delivery, i.e. from the date you physically received the order. This applies if the item is in the same original condition and packaging as when received.

It is therefore possible to cancel the order if you change your mind during the waiting period.

For pre-orders, payment may be required before shipment of the order if the payment deadline cannot be actively extended, for example due to a late delivery date.

Other items ordered in relation to a pre-order item will only be shipped at the same time as the pre-order item is shipped. If you want something else, you must pay for shipping, you do so here. you can request this by contacting us at:

Order cancellation

Orders that have not yet been shipped can be cancelled using one of the following methods:

Delivery delivers on all weekdays for orders placed before 4:00 PM (16:00). Exceptionally, orders for DHL parcel shops are processed until 10:00 PM (22:00).

Delivers every weekday but not on weekends. Orders are usually delivered by 3-5 business days.

Special Items:
The majority of our products are delivered within 3-5 business days. However, we have a few items with extended delivery times, which are specified in the product description. These may include products with custom printing and some prescription products.

Delivery Issues?
If you find that your package has been delivered more than 2 days after it was dispatched, please contact us immediately so that we can investigate the matter as soon as possible through:

We always ship orders in the order they are received. During sales, birthdays or other special occasions, there may be a longer delivery time. This will be stated on the site.

We mainly deliver to Ireland, but can easily ship to the rest of the EU. For deliveries to countries other than Ireland, the shipping price varies depending on the country selected.

Shipping cost

We use DHL as shipping carrier for your order.

DHL and Shipping Prices:

  • 6€ for home delivery

If you order for more than 79€, you will receive free shipping to a parcel shop. However, if you choose to pick up your order during the purchase, this service is free. You can collect your order at our address in Horsens, where we also have our showroom and warehouse (Langmarksvej 34 C2, 8700 Horsens).

Track and Trace:
Once your order is packed and shipped, you will immediately receive a tracking number. This way you can follow your parcel's route from our warehouse to the agreed delivery location.

365-day return and exchange policy

If the item is 100% new, in its original packaging and in undamaged condition, you can return or exchange the item up to 365 days after delivery. In addition, packaging must not be written on, taped or anything similar.

If we assess that the item smells of smoke, mildew, mould, is damp or otherwise damaged, we cannot accept the item as a return. If the customer wants the item returned, the customer must pay for the return of the item themselves.

365 days return policy:
0-30 days from receiving the parcel, it is possible to get a full refund of the order amount in addition to return shipping or an exchange. We must receive the parcel within 30 days of receipt.

Free gift: must be returned with the items you wish to return, otherwise the regular price of the gift will be deducted from the refund.

After the initial 30 days, you have up to 365 days to receive a store credit or exchange.

Shipping Costs and Responsibility

For regular returns (requesting a refund), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost of 45€. This amount will be automatically deducted from the refund.

The customer is also responsible if any damages or similar issues occur during transportation.

When exchanging the same item for a different size or color, we will cover the shipping costs associated with the exchange.

If the product being returned was purchased as part of a package, the entire package solution must be returned.

The return policy does not affect the customer's statutory right to cancel the purchase. See below for more details.

Right of withdrawal" or "Right to cancel

You have the right to withdraw from a purchase without giving any reason within 14 days, starting from the day you physically receive your item.

You cannot withdraw from the purchase by refusing to receive the item or by not collecting/receiving it. If this happens, you will not be refunded your original delivery cost.

Partial Withdrawal
If you have purchased multiple items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in a single order. Please note that you will not be refunded the shipping costs if you withdraw from part of your purchase.

Return and Shipping Costs
For orders within Denmark, our return system is used here. For orders outside of Denmark, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

Condition of the Item When Returning
If the item has lost value due to your use of it in a way that was not necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functionality, you may only receive a partial refund of the purchase amount. The amount you can receive back depends on the commercial value of the item to us, and in some cases, it may mean that you can only receive the shipping costs back. We recommend returning the item in its original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, it may result in a depreciation of the item's value. Therefore, the product's packaging should be in its original condition and must not be written on, taped, or damaged.

Refund of the Purchase Amount
If you withdraw from your purchase, you will receive a refund of your money. If the item has lost value, we will deduct the amount you are responsible for. We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs. We will refund the money using the same payment method you used for the purchase. We may withhold the payment until we have received the item, unless you provide us with proof of having returned it.

Price match

At, we offer a price match guarantee.
This means that if you find an identical item on another webshop at a lower price than ours, we have the option to match that price. Disclaimers reserves the right to correct typographical errors, pricing errors, out-of-stock items, discontinued items, and in the event of product shortages from suppliers. Therefore, we reserve the right to either reduce an order or reject it entirely, without further explanation.

Products without a price or with a price listed as '0' cannot be ordered.

The product images and specifications provided for each item are for guidance purposes, and we reserve the right to correct any errors. The included item in an order is described in the product description, regardless of whether something else is shown in the product images.


When you have purchased an item, the rules of the Sale of Goods Act apply: As a consumer, you have a 24-month warranty period.

If the item has a defect, and you make a timely complaint, you have the right to initially request the item to be repaired or replaced.

If the item cannot be repaired, we will exchange it for a new one or issue a credit voucher for another product.

A defect can be, for example, a manufacturing or material defect, or incorrect information about the item.

On the other hand, normal wear and tear or damage you have caused to the item yourself is not considered a defect.

If the product being claimed was purchased as part of a package, the entire package solution must be returned.

If you discover a defect, you must contact us within a reasonable time and explain what the defect is. If you make a complaint within 2 months after discovering the defect, it is always considered to be within a reasonable time.

If you, as a consumer, wish to file a complaint about your purchase, you should contact If we are unable to find a solution, you can submit a complaint to 'Nævnenes Hus' (The Boards of Appeal), Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, through the Complaints Portal for 'Nævnenes Hus'.

To file a complaint, the item or service you want to complain about must have cost at least 149€ and no more than 13407€. However, for complaints about clothing and shoes, the price must have been at least 97€. There is a fee for having your complaint processed.
