You easily enter your code when you get past the cart, and is going to add your personal information. If it gets approved here, the discount will automatically be subtracted from your order, and you will see the amount has been changed.

When you write the codes there is no difference between large or small letters.

You can always see all the usable, public discount codes here. We don’t cooperate with any external websites about discount codes, so you can’t find any there.

The only place where we send out exclusive discount codes / offers, is for those customers who has signed up to ur newsletter. This happens from time to time, and is always only for those who has subscribed. You can subsribe right here. 

Sadly we can’t make any other discount codes / vouchers.

A voucher from Watery is valid for 2 years from the date of issue. After the expiration date the voucher cannot be used anymore. It isn’t possible to get the validity of a voucher extended wither. If you have lost your voucher, or has forgotten the code, of course you are welcome to contact us, and then we will gladly check our system to find it. 

Our discount codes are always time limited - often for 48 hours. If you don’t cash in the code within this point, it’s sadly not possible to get it recreated afterwards. In this case you have to wait for an additional discount the next time it gets sent out.

And it isn’t possible to add an additional discount code or discount after the order has been placed and verified by us, in the shape of an order confirmation sent to your email. Not even if it has mistakenly been written in the comment field.

For example, if you have a voucher for 30 EUR but only spend 20 EUR on your order, you will have 10 EUR for next time.

If you want your club to also have a fixed discount arrangement or club agreement with Watery, please contact us with your club informations, including number of members, which type of solution you want, and the background for why you wish to cooperate with Watery in particular. Then we will get back to you as fast as possible, with more concrete options for your club.

If you wish to unsubscribe from our SMS newsletter, you can do two things:

Automatic unsubscription

Reply to the SMS you have received with the text “Watery Stop”, and you will automatically unsubscribe, so you won’t receive anything more in the future, or until you subscribe again later. 

NOTE! For some phones a message will appear, stating that it costs money to send this SMS. It WON’T. It’s completely free for you - obviously. 

Contact us and unsubscribe

Send us an email with your phone number, and that you want to unsubscribe, and our great staff in customer service will make sure that you get unsubscribed right away.

However, it’s important to not that we don’t collaborate with everybody. So take your time describing

There are, however, some things you need to know before contacting us with your wishes.

• Minimum order is 100 pcs.
• The price varies from 9 til 12 EUR excl. VAT per item - depending on quantity, number of colours, number of different logos, and whether or not it’s with name print.
• We can at most do 2 different prints per bathing cap
• We can do regular bathing caps, bathing caps for long hair, and competition bathing caps. 
• The delivery time is 5-6 weeks from approval to reception

If this sounds like something for you and your project, send us an e-mail with the following informations

• Number of bathing caps
• Which base colour should the cap have? (light green, black, pink etc - we have 22 different colours. All possible colours can be found in our signature bathing caps here, where you can select those you want)
• Send logo / print to us either as in PNG, SVG or JPG format, and a description of the colour you want
• Requested date for delivery
• Delivery address
• To which company / organization and what email we need to send the invoice to, containing VAT, address and mail

When we have all this, we can make you a non-binding offer including a picture of how the bathing caps will look like, that you can either accept or decline.
