Normally, we at Watery.ie recommend the following:

- You should choose the large 45 Litre: You (your kid) are over 11 years old
- You should choose the small 30 Litre: You (your kid) are under 11 years old

This is based on the fact that many younger swimmers quickly regret picking the small one, as they could easily carry the large one, even though it may seem a bit overwhelming at first glance.

Again, this is an assessment based on what the bag will be used for. For example, if it is to be used solely for daily swim training, we have many older swimmers up to 20 years old who pick the small 30 litres as it is not as big to carry on the bike/school and also has a 45 litre for competitions, so.

Daniel: My personal experience with TYR swim bags

As a former elite swimmer for over 10 years with up to 8 swim training sessions a week, I have had a number of different swim bags over the years.
