Its unique design, never seen before, helps to further increase the pressure on the water, while also protecting the shoulders from injury.

NOTE: The price is per set – meaning you get two power paddles, one for each hand in size medium.

A big advantage of these Speedo Tech Paddles is that they can be advantageously used for both freestyle, backstroke, butterfly, and breaststroke, unlike the "normal" finger and hand paddles.

Speedo Tech Paddles improve your arm stroke through the water due to their unique shape.

The way you swim with them is by inserting the entire hand, including the thumb, into the paddle, and then the index finger goes through the strap in the middle, while the two plates on top keep the hand in place.
