Speedo Anti Fog Spray

A swimmer's best friend (apart from their water bottle), is something like this anti-fog spray (15 ml). With a spray or two into your swim goggles, you'll avoid foggy and greasy swim goggles for a long time with this Anti-Fog Spray. Quite a relief, actually.

Swimming with greasy and foggy swim goggles is probably one of the worst and most annoying things for a swimmer. Not only does it remove the focus from swimming fast because you can't see further than a meter ahead, but you also start to feel pretty confined if the goggles begin to fog up. That's exactly why so many swimmers also use Anti-Fog sprays to avoid the above frustrations.

How do you use the anti-fog spray?

1. Two sprays in each lens.
2. Move your swim goggles in circular motions so the liquid covers both lenses completely.
3. Rinse the goggles quickly with water.

In this spray, there are about 50 sprays, and each spray can keep your swim goggles free from fog and grease for about 10 training sessions.

Avoid running your fingers on the swim goggles' lenses
After applying and spraying the anti-fog spray into the swim goggles' lenses, don't run it around with your finger. Just let it set for a few minutes, and then just put them on.
