Without a neoprene cap in Ireland, most open water swimmers will be able to agree that a brain freeze is almost inevitable - and it can be dangerous. Our favourite neoprene hood has become this one from Zone3 in 4 mm neoprene.

This is Zone3's premium neoprene cap, which combines high warmth with good hydrodynamics (makes the least possible water resistance) through the water.

In addition, these features are unique to this one:
