The Watery Freestyler Solid swimsuit for girls is made from our signature Aquaflex material, consisting of 100% PBT polyester with a substantial weight of 170 g/m². This gives the swimsuit several special properties:

• 100% chlorine- and UV-resistant, so both the fit and colours are preserved for 500+ hours in chlorinated water
• UPF 50+ UV protection
• A unique level of breathability
• 4-way stretch in both the fabric and straps, giving you the freedom of movement you need in the swimsuit.
• Resistant to oil and sunscreen, as well as antibacterial, so you avoid ending up with a heavy swimsuit covered in various products and can keep it fresh time after time
• Water-repellent and water-resistant, so it does not absorb water and become heavy while you swim. Instead, you will experience a more natural feeling of moving through the water.
• The fact that the material is PBT polyester rather than “regular” types of polyester such as Lycra also means that the surface of the swimsuit has a more matte appearance and feels comfortable and smooth against the body without clinging to it.
• Compared with other alternatives, PBT polyester is also the most durable and chlorine-resistant material available.
• The elastic bands in the straps and the thread sewn around the edge of the swimsuit have a major impact on its durability, as they most often become loose after a few trips in chlorinated water. For the Freestyler, we have chosen the particularly chlorine-resistant Fratelli Leoni ® elastic band, which retains its elasticity up to 3 times longer than commonly used swimwear elastics due to the silicone’s special pre-treatment. In addition, the Alterfil ® T thread used in the swimsuit is particularly soft against the skin and provides a beautiful finish around the edges.

The swimsuit is produced in Europe under the highest OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certification, which is awarded to products that have passed testing for harmful chemicals.

Care instructions for optimum durability

1. Rinse in cold water immediately after use to remove chlorine, salt water and/or sunscreen
2. If the swimsuit has been left for too long without being hung up to dry, hand-wash it in cold water using a mild detergent or hand soap.
3. Do not bleach, iron or tumble-dry
4. Finally, leave the swimsuit to dry on a flat surface so it can regain its shape. Hanging it to dry on a drying rack may stretch the swimsuit.
