The heat pull buoy is an essential piece of swimming kit, regardless of swimming level, which remove leg kicks from the equation, so you can focus on strengthening your arm grabs, breathing, or position in the water. It can also with great benefit be used together with a snorkel to isolate breathing and thus further improve the arm grabs.

This instantaneously became our most popular pull buoy with 1000s of swimmers worldwide at all levels using the Heat pull buoy to improve their swimming - and it is due to several factors that this particular one is preferred.

• The special design of the Heat Pull buoy with a teardrop shape means that it sits better between the legs and at the same time provides more buoyancy, as the large end is up towards the ceiling/sky. This shape also means that it creates less water resistance compared to pull buoys with equal sized ends
• This teardrop shape also means that it actually sits - and stays - between the legs, regardless of whether you swim straight ahead, have to do a turn or you swim butterfly, breaststroke, back crawl or normal crawl swimming
• The edges are rounded for a more comfortable feeling when swimming over a long period of time
• Made from 100% premium EVA foam, which gives the pull buoy a particularly high degree of buoyancy from the compact structure, so that your legs do not lie halfway towards the bottom and thus avoid creating unnecessary water resistance, so that instead you always lie the same horizontal way in the water as if you were swimming completely normally. This is achieved completely by itself without having to tighten up the abdominal region and reduces possible fatigue after prolonged use
• The pull buoy has a surface treatment that gives it a nice finish with the result that you avoid irritating chafing and red marks on the thigh during and after use. This surface treatment also means that the water drips off the pull buoy and that it does not absorb the water into the foam either, so you avoid a soaking wet pull buoy when you have finished swimming
• The pull buoy itself is lightweight despite the high buoyancy, i.e. it weighs only 240 grams. The lightness is also reflected in the soft foam, which makes it comfortable to use even over 15, 30 and 60 minutes of swimming with the pull buoy
• The design is made simple and stylish in a purple colour with the characteristic waves in a contrasting colour across the surface

When using it in the water, the optimal position is to put the pull buoy in the middle between the knees and abdomen, so that you get your feet right up to the surface of the water
