If you want to make your racing jammers last even longer, here’s what you should do:

• Wash them in the coldest water possible right after your last race of the day.
• Don’t wring them out – just hang them up to dry (never in direct sunlight).
• Never leave wet trunks in your bag for long periods.
• Don’t wash them in the washing machine or put them in the dryer.
• When putting them on, avoid using your fingertips, as your nails could puncture the relatively thin fabric.
