Watery Orwin Hand Paddles are designed to help you get the most out of your swim training and become even more efficient in your arm stroke. By applying hand paddles, your palm becomes larger, increasing pressure on your arms and shoulders and giving you more propulsion in the water. When you swim without them again, you will notice that your stroke has become more powerful and stronger, ultimately increasing your distance per stroke (DPS).

As you've probably figured out, it's harder to swim when you're wearing them, but these particular hand paddles are made with holes and ridges in the plate to give you the same pull through the water as if you weren't wearing them, whereas other hand paddles are a plate without holes and ridges. They are also easy to customize and comfortable to wear.

The Watery Orwin hand paddles have a cool design in dark blue and light blue and are available in one size, which is 20.32 cm long and 17.78 cm wide. It is suitable for kids aged 14 and up and adults.

Remarks:

Hand paddles should only be used by swimmers with some general body and shoulder strength, which is why they are not recommended for swimmers under the age of 14. If you use them before your body is strong and developed enough, you risk shoulder injuries for the rest of your swimming career. Check with your coach to see if you can swim with hand paddles.
