The strap gives you more flexibility at the ankle, which a lot of people prefer.

You can easily adjust the fins on both sides using the unique one-click buckle system, so they fit your feet perfectly—and they’re quick and easy to put on or take off.

The large, flexible blade at the end gives you powerful thrust with every kick, for extra propulsion in the water. Its special flexibility means you use less energy, which helps prevent muscle fatigue and cramping.
