With these earplugs, it's the end of experiencing ear discomfort during training. They are super easy to insert and remove, so you don't have to struggle unnecessarily. Additionally, they are designed so that sound passes through perfectly, so they don't function like regular earplugs, which also isn't their purpose in swimming contexts – they simply need to protect.
