As I ordered in the middle of the Christmas period, today is the 5th working day since ordering so I do not yet have the bag. From the tracking it looks to be still in the Netherlands so I do not expect to receive it for another 2 or 3 days.
I suggest reconfiguring your triggers for these emails to allow for working days. While I appreciate what and why this is happening, it can be frustrating to get these automated emails when the product has not yet been received and does not reflect particularly well on your company.
I love automated work flows but they need to be carefully thought through and managed correctly.
I hope this comes across as helpful and well intentioned feedback as that is what it is meant to be.
