As part of the new Biofuse series from Speedo, these Biofuse Power Paddles were developed in collaboration with several of the world’s best swimmers, their coaches, sports scientists, and global hydrodynamics experts to jointly create the ultimate pair of power paddles. They ensure the highest possible pressure on the water, and thus strength transfer to the arms, while also minimizing the risk of injuries as much as possible.

A big advantage of these Speedo Biofuse Power Paddles is that they can be used effectively for freestyle, backstroke, butterfly, and breaststroke, unlike the "normal" finger and hand paddles.

The way to swim with them is by inserting the entire hand, including the thumb, into the paddle, with the index finger going through the strap in the middle, while the two plates on top hold the hand in place.

Too big

I really love these paddles and in my opinion there are none better but unfortunately the ones I got home were way too big and difficult for me to fit. Unfortunately, I can't see that it is available to order in a smaller size. I've had a couple of smaller ones in the past that are worn out but I've really enjoyed them so much. The feeling of flying forward in the water when I use them. So I'm super happy with the product itself but not the size.
