Simply insert them by gently pressing them into your ear and twisting them until they are comfortably and securely in place. Then, when you're done with your swim session, simply pull the rounded part of the earplugs.

Easy to place in the ears. No water comes into the ears with these earplugs. Uses bathing cap, so don't know if they stay in the ears without. But for me they work perfectly: Blush :. Good price.
