How do I choose the right size?

The cap is available in Medium and Large. We generally recommend Large for swimmers with a lot of hair or a larger head circumference to ensure the right fit.
Does the cap slip off during a start dive?

No, thanks to the special glossy inner side, the cap stays very securely on the head, even during explosive starts and turns.
Is the material very thick on this model?
