What temperature is a 2.2 mm wetsuit suitable for?

A 2.2 mm suit is ideal for water temperatures starting at 18 degrees. It is perfect for vacations in the south or for the good Nordic summer days in July and August. If you get cold easily, you might consider a thicker suit for use in Denmark.
Can I close the back zipper by myself?

Yes, you certainly can. The zipper is equipped with an extra-long leash, so you can easily grab it and pull it up without needing help from a buddy.
Is it suitable for regular swimming?

Absolutely. Because the neoprene is so flexible and thin (2.2 mm), it offers very little resistance around the shoulders. This makes it ideal for swimming when you want a bit of extra buoyancy and warmth.
How do I find the right size?

The Seac Relax Short is designed with a 'form-fitting' cut. This means it should fit snugly against your body to be effective (water exchange needs to be minimized). If you are between two sizes, we often recommend checking the size guide carefully—neoprene stretches a little in the water.
What is the difference between this and the Seac Relax Long?

The only difference is the length of the sleeves and legs. This 'Shorty' model has short sleeves/legs and offers the most freedom, while the 'Long' model covers the entire body and provides more warmth and protection against jellyfish and scrapes on your shins.

Rinse the wetsuit in cold water after each use to remove saltwater and chlorine
