Fantastic product. I'm usually very uncomfortable using regular earplugs as they typically have to go quite far into the ear canal to provide any noise reduction, and typically fall out. Not Mack's earplugs though! They stay stuck in my ears all night long and block out all the noise from my roommate to my sound-sensitive ears. I even discovered that I could split one silicone lump into two, so I get twice as much out of the package I bought.
