You've probably always been told not to touch the inside of your lens as it degrades the anti-fog coating over time and not least you risk scratching, with these Arena Cobra Swipe Smoke you no longer need to worry about this, in fact, you should preferably swipe. When you swipe, you reactivate the swimming goggles' anti-fog function, it's simply brilliant.

Note that you absolutely do not need to swipe before every single time you go into the water, you only need to do it when necessary. But even if you do it before it's necessary, you don't need to worry about damaging the anti-fog function.

1. Wet the lens by dipping the goggles briefly under water.
2. Swipe your fingers back and forth on the inside of the lenses.
3. Rinse the goggles under non-chlorinated water.
