Note that you don't need to swipe every single time before getting in the water; only when necessary. Even if you swipe when it's not needed, there's no risk of damaging the anti-fog feature.

1. Wet the lenses by briefly dipping the goggles in water.
   
2. Swipe your fingers back and forth across the inside of the lenses.
3. Rinse the goggles with water that is free of chlorine.
