This ST. Dame NEXT suit is a real competition suit, and therefore approved by Fina to be swum in at all Danish and international swimming competitions.

2. Good support without being too tight
Many new/younger swimmers don't want the suit to be too tight. This one won't do that either. Because it's a beginner suit, but still for competition, so even though it fits close to the body and provides good support for the muscles, you can still move freely in it.

3. Make you swim and feel faster

To ensure that the unique swimsuits are treated properly, make sure they are:
- Immediately after the last swim of the day, wash them in as cold water as possible
- Don't wring them dry, instead hang them up after use (not in the sun)
- Don't leave them wet in a bag for long periods of time
- Do not wash in a washing machine or tumble dryer.
- When putting them on, do not use your fingertips as nails can pierce through the relatively thin fabric.
