Many swimmers are familiar with the problem of their swim goggles fogging up, making it harder to swim because you don't have sufficient visibility. That's why many use this anti-fog spray from Arena.

Moreover, you DON'T need to wait several minutes after spraying. Just spray and put on the goggles. It contains 35 ml, which corresponds to about 250 swimming sessions.

Spray from about 20 cm away from the lenses, and if necessary, stir so both lenses are completely covered.

Satisfied with the function of the product, but it comes quite a lot when you spray. Gets pretty messy. Then I lack a slightly more detailed instruction. (is completely new to swimming)
