For a comfortable and secure fit, there are also waist and chest straps that can be clipped together across the torso. When you get to the swim, you can quickly and easily clip the carabiners on the shoulder straps off again, place them in the large waterproof compartment, and swim with the sea bag lying behind you with the waist strap around your stomach.
