The Makara pull buoy is an essential piece of swimming equipment regardless of swimming level, that puts the leg kick out of play, allowing you to focus on strengthening your arm stroke, breathing, or position in the water. It can also be used with a snorkel to isolate breathing and thereby further focus on the arm stroke.
