How to get started with Swimears:

When you insert the earplug, it should fit tightly and comfortably inside the ear canal. The plug itself should not protrude from the ear.

If it doesn't fit 100%, there are different sizes of BUDS and WINGS included so you can find the right size and ensure the optimal fit and seal inside the ear.

NOTE: When putting the earplugs in place, do NOT push on the centre of the earplug as it will not hold it.
