Questions & answers

Why should I choose a full suit over a shorty?

You should choose the 'Long' model if you want full protection. It's ideal if you want to avoid sunburn on your arms/legs or if you're swimming in areas with lots of jellyfish. Additionally, it provides a bit of extra warmth since less skin is exposed to the cold water.
Will it be too warm to wear in the summer?

Not necessarily. Because the neoprene is only 2.2 mm thick, it's not nearly as warm as a thick winter wetsuit. It's perfect for Danish summer days or if you're going to be in the water for an extended period down south and want to avoid getting chilled.
Is it difficult to swim in when it has long sleeves?

No, not at all. Seac Relax Long is made of very flexible neoprene. This means that the resistance around your shoulders is minimal, so you can certainly use it for recreational swimming or snorkeling without getting tired in your arms.
How do I find the right size?

The suit should fit snugly ("form-fitting"). If a full suit fits loosely, water will rush through, and you'll lose the insulating effect. Check the size guide, and remember that neoprene expands a little when it gets wet.
Can I zip it up on my own at the back?

Yes. The zipper on the back has a long leash attached. You just grab the leash over your shoulder and pull it up – it doesn’t require a buddy.

Maintenance

Rinse wetsuits in cold water after each use to remove salt and chlorine residues.
Use a small amount of pH-neutral soap if needed to preserve the properties of neoprene.
Allow wetsuits to dry completely inside and out before storage, avoiding direct sunlight.
Store wetsuits hanging from the middle on a hanger to prevent creases and damage to the neoprene.
