Five Quick Points - When, How, and Where?
- The last chance to order for delivery before Christmas is on December 23rd at 2:00 PM with DAO home delivery
- Free shipping on orders over 75 EUR for delivery to a parcel shop. If the amount is under 75 EUR, the shipping cost is only 5 EUR to a parcel shop
- Send directly to the lucky recipient by choosing a different delivery address at checkout

Last Day to Order Before Christmas
We've all been there – busy with work or at home, and you haven't ordered the last Christmas presents. Before you know it, it's suddenly Christmas Eve. But don't panic; we pack and send orders with DAO parcel shops until December 23rd at 2:00 PM. To be absolutely sure, however, you should order by December 19th, 18:00, as things can get hectic during the Christmas season.
You can also pick up your package from us until December 23rd at 2:00 PM – that way, you can be sure the gift will be under the Christmas tree.
Free Shipping and Fast Delivery
If you spend over 75 EUR, you'll get free shipping for delivery to a DAO parcel shop. We can also deliver within 1-2 days, often the day after ordering.
Of course, we offer delivery to both parcel shops and your doorstep through one of our carriers.
My Order Hasn't Arrived?
If, by unfortunate circumstances, you haven't received your package after 1-2 days, please contact us immediately, and we'll assist in tracking down and delivering your package as quickly as possible.

Send Directly to the Gift Receiver
If you need to send a gift to someone dear who might be far away in Ireland, you have the option to send the package directly to the gift recipient.
At checkout under “delivery,” simply choose “send to a different address” and enter the recipient's address.
Returning Christmas Gifts
Christmas gifts ordered from October 22nd, 2025, can be refunded in cash until January 14th, 2025. After that, exchanges or store credit only.
Find the Perfect Christmas Gift or Inspiration
We have a large showroom where you can try and see all the products you can find on our webshop. If you're not quite sure what to put on your wish list, feel free to come by and find inspiration for your Christmas wishes.
The same goes if you haven't had the chance to buy the last Christmas gifts for the water enthusiast – you can purchase them directly from us and take the gift home.
You can drop by from November and until December 23rd at 5:00 PM – so you can be sure the gift will have its place under the Christmas tree (temporarily closed).
