Wrong shipping price. Swimming cap too big and uncomfortable

Had chosen shipping price earlybird SEK 39, but the bill said bring o SEK 90, almost as expensive as a swimming cap. O it was too big so water leaks in o is uncomfortable so nothing went well o when I tried to reach customer service they didn't answer o on the phone there was only English speaking. So I want my money back. But the Bring guy was nice. But was not what I chose.
